Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As the situation with the Coronavirus pandemic evolves, we ask that any patients with cold or flu-like symptoms to call ahead on 5358 7555 before coming in to the clinic.
Symptoms may include: fever, shortness of breath, cough, sore throat, fatigue or tiredness.
If you have any of the above symtoms, or have been in contact with someone who has coronavirus (COVID-19), please call the dedicated hotline on 1800 675 398. Please keep Triple Zero (000) for emergencies only.
You must notify us if you or anyone you’re with has ANY of these symptoms – no matter how minor the symptoms may be. This is regardless of whether you’ve recently travelled overseas or not.

We are now offering telehealth and telephone appointments for our regular patients. Telephone consults are an excellent option for those wanting to limit their public exposure or feel that their flu-like symptoms could put others at risk.

You can book a telephone consult by calling us on 5358 7555.

We are currently unable to provide testing for COVID-19 in our practice. Book a telehealth appointment with your doctor to be referred for testing locally.

Stay home - unless it is absolutely essential to go out.
Practice good hand and cough/sneeze hygiene and social distancing.
