Click on the buttons below to find out about our fees, how to make appointments, and much more. For a copy of our Practice Information Sheet, click here. Please contact the practice if you need any further information.

We are a Private Practice and payment is required on the day of the consultation by cash, cheque, or eftpos. We can claim your rebate immediately from Medicare using Easyclaim onto your cheque or savings card.

Bulk Billing is only available to patients aged 16 years and under, 65 years and older, Concession Card Holders, and Diabetics

Out of Pocket costs may be involved in any procedures or extra services, please enquire at Reception for a full list of our Fees.

Appointments can be made by calling the practice on (03) 5358 7555

Please let reception know if you require a longer appointment. If more than one family member needs to see a doctor, an appointment needs to be made for each person.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know so that the reserved time can be allocated to another patient.

We always welcome new patients. Try to arrive to your first appointment ten minutes early to complete the New Patient Registration Form.

You can alternatively download the form by clicking here to complete and bring it with you to your first appointment.

Don't forget to bring your Medicare and any Concession Cards with you to each appointment.

If you wish to discuss any results, an appointment needs to be made with your doctor.

If you have any results requiring immediate action, you will be contacted to make a follow-up appointment with your doctor.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the practice on (03) 5358 7555 to cancel, at least two hours prior to your appointment time. This allows us to allocate the reserved time to another patient in need of an appointment.

Failure to notify us that you cannot attend will result in a Missed Appointment Fee of $50.00.

For After Hours Care, contact the GP Helpline on 1800 022 222.

In case of an Emergency, dial 000 and ask for an Ambulance.
